Best time to go on safari

Every season has its advantages and its drawbacks. July/ August is the middle of our dry “African winter” and the dryness makes it easier to spot all types of animals in the bush. However, the rainy season that will end in May, will give us breathtaking landscapes to look at.

We have four important parks that we would highly recommend you to visit. The first one is Tarangire National Park, famous for its numerous elephants, baobabs trees and landscapes. Then there is the Lake Manyara National Park, a mix of lake type landscape where you can spot hippos and of the forest where you can spot several types of monkeys and elephants. The Ngorongoro Crater, renowned worldwide for having very few animals migrating in and out due to its very favourable conditions, has astonishing landscapes. This is also part of the few places where you can spot the BIG 5 in one day if you are lucky! Finally, there is the Serengeti National Park, one of our national pride, that covers about 15,000 square kilometres and that boasts the largest number of species of flora
