Our guides join Windfall Safaris with strong foundational training, often including language qualifications, which we build upon through focused in-house development. We place particular emphasis on mechanical training, ensuring every guide understands vehicle maintenance and can confidently manage unexpected situations during the trips.
Beyond technical skills, our guides take part in field-based training to deepen their knowledge of conservation-led guiding, local ecosystems, and key routes. By regularly exploring specific regions and refining their understanding of terrain and wildlife patterns, they are able to plan efficient journeys and deliver a seamless, responsible, and enriching safari experience.
